Dennis is a 30 year veteran in the search world who built TA functions for several Fortune 500 organizations. He founded and grew a retained search firm and a premium contingency recruitment
organization. He bought an employee engagement company, Scarlett Surveys, and began to integrate Employee Value Proposition concepts to employee
engagement results.
Beth was a Director at a top 10 retained search firm. She then lead TA for a Fortune 500 organization. Beth was the President for a retained search firm for 15 years before being the principle founding partner in Tong Miller & Associates.
Melissa has worked in executive search for 15+ years. She has applied lean processes to recruiting and developed standard work within the organization to increase search completion efficiency and exceptional service to clients. She has worked with small companies as well as Fortune 500 businesses. She will train the next generation of recruiters in developing functional expertise and agility.
Responsible for taking human colleagues for walks around downtown Greenville, cleaning up any food spills and any office recycling. Cody doesn’t have any social media presence-darn lack of thumbs limiting his effectiveness.
Celeste works as an Account Manager and Recruiter for our Supply Chain practice.
Her experience working with Techtronic Industry’s Supply Chain team gave her unique insight into the inner workings of different Supply Chain teams and challenges. She prides herself on creating the smoothest experience possible for clients & candidates.
Jennifer has over 25 years’ experience as an HR professional. She began in the Aerospace industry with Bombardier, Cessna and Raytheon. While working as Group Leader for Talent & Organizational Development she developed skills in talent acquisition, organization design, HR strategy, and succession planning. Jennifer brings a wealth of business acumen and talent acquisition experience.
Sa’Tyrra was the first person hired at 360 Recruiter Accelerator and has utilized her prior recruiting and retail experience to progress quickly. She worked for 3 months assisting the TA department for a German Auto supplier to fill plant engineering and management roles. She is currently focused on our HR Practice area and developing her own clients.
Before joining 360, I was a recruiter in Spartanburg, SC – I recruited for different areas of expertise. I’m now a senior recruiter and account manager that focuses on Product Engineering. I pride myself in keeping relationships with my clients and candidates. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, Grady, and playing with his two siblings who are huskies.
I have been in HR for over 30 years. During that time I have worked in both manufacturing and distribution companies in union and non-union environments. In every position I’ve held I have had leadership positions in all facets of HR as well as recruiting for a variety of positions ranging from hourly warehouse positions to Sr. Leadership roles.
In 1996 I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hiram College and in 2002 I received an MBA from Baldwin Wallace college in Berea, Ohio.
In 2022 I chose to retire from a Sr. Leadership role in Wisconsin and relocated to SW Florida and began a Sr. Recruiter role.
I live in northeast Ohio and I am the mother of two energetic and sweet little girls. I have 18 years of human resource experience with multiple industrial manufacturing facilities. Over the course of my career I have gained experience and exposure to recruitment & on boarding, team member engagement, EHS, compliance, workforce planning and labor relations. I’m excited to move my passion forward of matching the right talent to the right position.
